Production Manager

7 - 10 years experience as a Leader in a lean manufacturing environment

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Lean Expertise: Proven track record implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworks.
• Lead daily tier-accountability or performance control system meetings.
• Apply lean tools like 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Kanban to reduce waste and downtime.
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), scrap rates, and labor efficiency.
• Sponsor root-cause problem-solving initiatives to fix recurring operational bottlenecks
