Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Lead, develop, and motivate restaurant staff.
• Manage staff scheduling and labor deployment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain food safety standards and compliance.
• Control inventory and manage product levels.
• Drive sales and manage restaurant performance.
• Provide performance coaching and oversee cash management.

Required Qualifications

• HU Certification or Distintivo H McDonald’s Certification.
