Chemical Engineer / Plant Manager

Operational control of a large portion of our manufacturing plant. Below are key job responsibilities.

- Hiring, training, supervising and motivating your team.

- Obtaining manufacturing output and quality objectives.

- Managing the set-up of new equipment and running and maintenance of existing equipment.

- Working with chemists to develop the most effective, cost efficient and runnable formulas.

- Operating the plant within financial guidelines.

- Develop improved batching, operational and efficient production techniques.

- Managing the plant with GMP and OSHA standards.

- Knowledge of new formulary and packaging regulatory requirements.
