Pay: $17.00–$19.00/hour | Paid Weekly
Employment Type: W2 Contract | 12 Months with Possibility of Extension
Work Model: Fully Onsite | Cleanroom Manufacturing
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 4:00 AM–2:30 PM
Schedule: 4x10 Schedule | 40 Hours/Week | 3-Day Weekend
Overtime: As needed

Role Overview

Work four days a week and build your experience in cleanroom manufacturing!

BEPC is hiring a dependable Production Technician to support our client's manufacturing operations in Scottsdale, AZ. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with cleanroom experience who are comfortable working with production equipment and following strict manufacturing procedures.

You'll help manufacture products, troubleshoot production issues, support equipment installation and qualification, assist with equipment maintenance, and build prototypes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture products according to established production procedures.
• Support and troubleshoot day-to-day production issues.
• Assist with installation and qualification of production equipment.
• Support routine equipment maintenance activities.
• Build prototypes and assist with other production needs.
• Follow direction from the Manufacturing Supervisor and production leadership.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment.
• Follow all cleanroom procedures and manufacturing requirements.
• Support overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous cleanroom experience required.
• Manufacturing, production, assembly, or technician experience preferred.
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures.
• Comfortable working with manufacturing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be able to consistently work Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM–2:30 PM.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Cleanroom Requirements

Candidates must be comfortable following strict cleanroom requirements. While working in manufacturing areas:

• No makeup, cosmetics, perfume, cologne, scented lotions, nail polish, or artificial nails.
• No dangling jewelry; certain earrings must be fully covered.
• Bare legs and feet must remain covered.
• Open-toed shoes are prohibited.
• No personal grooming in manufacturing areas.
• Long-fiber sweaters are prohibited.
• Hats with brims or visors may not be worn beneath cleanroom hair coverings.
• Personal cell phones and electronics are not permitted in manufacturing areas and must be stored outside the production area.
