Aba, a Lettuce Entertain You restaurant, is looking for a Beverage Manager to lead its bar and beverage program in a high-volume, upscale Mediterranean setting in Nashville.

What you'll do:

• Oversee bar operations, wine, spirits, and cocktail programs
• Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Train and lead bartenders and service staff on beverage knowledge
• Keep drink quality and speed high during peak service

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of salaried beverage or bar management in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Upscale restaurant experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails
• Experience with inventory systems and cost management
