Professional Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Associate to support tax preparation, client engagements, and complex tax matters. This role will work closely with clients and team members while providing guidance on tax-related issues and ensuring accurate, timely completion of engagements.

Key Requirements

• Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns.
• Research and document complex tax issues.
• Prepare tax memos and summarize conclusions.
• Manage tax engagements and meet deadlines.
• Communicate directly with clients and internal teams.
• Delegate and review work performed by junior team members.
• Maintain compliance with AICPA standards and client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in public accounting and tax preparation.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state taxation.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements independently.
