Crane Operator

We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team for the 2nd shift (4:30pm-1am). In this role, you will operate mobile and overhead cranes to load and unload materials, ensure quality control, and collaborate with a medium-sized team to maintain efficient and safe operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile and overhead cranes safely and efficiently
• Load and unload equipment and materials accurately
• Conduct quality control checks on lifted materials and operations
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
• Troubleshoot operational issues promptly
• Log and record equipment readings and maintenance activities
• Collaborate with a team of 4-7 members to ensure smooth workflows
• Adhere to safety compliance standards at all times

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in crane operation

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Crane Operator Certification
• Experience in preventive maintenance and equipment inspection
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of safety compliance standards
• Effective time management skills
