In-Office Tax Preparer | Houston NW (77092) | Rapid Wealth

IN-OFFICE ONLY — Houston NW (T.C. Jester / Antoine area, 77092). This is not a remote role.

Rapid Wealth is hiring tax preparers for the upcoming season who can work on-site in our Houston office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual federal and state returns in-office

• Collect and organize client documents

• Talk with clients about missing info, deductions, and credits

• Follow IRS rules and office procedures

• Protect client information

• Hit production goals and join team trainings

Compensation

• Commission-based (split discussed in interview — based on experience and track)

• Production bonuses available

• Training and software support provided

Compensation is commission-based. Earnings vary with client volume and completed returns. Exact split is confirmed during hiring — not the same for every person.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in-office in Houston 77092

• PTIN required before preparing returns for pay (we’ll help you get one if you’re new)

• Strong communication, detail, and reliability

• Tax experience preferred; motivated beginners welcome for training
