About the Role:
Fin & Crab is looking for an energetic and experienced Front of House Restaurant Manager to lead our team in beautiful Charleston, SC. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front of house operations to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience
- Hire, train, schedule, and mentor FOH staff including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Monitor and maintain service standards, table turns, and guest satisfaction
- Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting
- Collaborate with kitchen and BOH management to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a FOH role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent guest relations and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic restaurant reporting
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and responsible alcohol service
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe or equivalent food handler certification preferred
