Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Duration: 6 Months Contract – Possible Extension
Location: Menlo Park, CA 94025
Shift: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Job Summary
Support manufacturing and distribution operations through material movement, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and production support. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work under moderate supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing materials, including raw materials and finished goods.
- Support shipping, receiving, warehousing, and inventory control activities.
- Ensure materials are available to meet production schedules.
- Perform production support tasks such as assembly, packaging, and processing.
- Operate automatic or semi-automatic equipment as needed.
- Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or abnormalities.
- Track and maintain data related to order volumes and production schedules.
- Maintain accurate records and follow SOPs/work instructions.
- Assist with distribution center operations, storage, and material handling.
- Provide guidance to entry-level team members when required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED required.
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling.
- Basic knowledge of production processes and inventory systems.
- Computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to follow and write work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a structured environment.
Work Environment
- Work under moderate supervision with defined procedures.
- Perform routine to moderately complex tasks.
- Apply basic decision-making and judgment when needed.
- Communicate with internal teams and support daily manufacturing/distribution operations.
