Equipment Operator

Windsor Underground LLC is hiring an experienced equipment operator for underground dry
utility construction. You will operate excavators, backhoes, and skid steers on multifamily,
custom home, and small commercial projects throughout the Valley. Safe, controlled digging
around existing gas and electric lines is essential.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Excavate trenches to plans and maintain required depths and alignment.
• Operate safely around existing utilities and in tight work areas.
• Work with spotters and Superintendents; stop and communicate when conditions are unclear.
• Assist with hand digging and conduit installation when needed.
• Perform daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of Excavator/Backhoe operating experience.
• Ability to read plans and understand Blue Stake markings.
• Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to provide a current driving record and demonstrate operating skills during the
interview process.
• Dependability, teamwork, and the ability to perform physical outdoor work.
