About the Clinician's Workday

Clinicians will provide obstetric and gynecologic coverage across clinic and OR settings on a day shift and 24-hour shift basis with call responsibilities at an on-site facility, with coverage beginning ASAP. Clinical responsibilities encompass OB and GYN care, including deliveries, C-sections, and basic clinic procedures, with an expected patient volume of 25-30 patients per day and an average of 9 deliveries per week. All clinical documentation must be completed using the EPIC EMR system. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, structured at a 1:4 call ratio, with in-house anesthesia and CNM support available throughout each designated coverage period.
