Companion Care Needed

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Meal Preparation, Transportation. Medication management is required. Some light tidying up is involved. Some help needed with bathing. Personal care required, including feeding. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. You'll be responsible for transporting to/from appointments.
