Childcare Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for my children in Delaware. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and homework help. We would prefer a babysitter who does not smoke and who is CPR certified. We need help getting them ready in the mornings for school, transported to school (13yo, 10yo, 7yo), taking care of 4yo during day, picking up 15yo in afternoon and afternoon pickup from school of 13yo, 10yo, 7yo.
