We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in Columbus, Ohio in a fast-paced service environment. This is a Contract position suited for a detail-oriented candidate with relevant experience who can manage complex schedules, coordinate domestic travel, and communicate effectively with high-level stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, exceptional organization, and the ability to stay composed while working with demanding personalities and shifting priorities.
Responsibilities:
• Manage an active executive calendar, resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring leaders are prepared for daily commitments.
• Organize domestic travel arrangements, including airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and related itinerary details.
• Coordinate executive meetings through Microsoft Teams and other business communication tools, confirming logistics and participant readiness.
• Prepare meeting materials, documents, and correspondence using Microsoft Word with a high degree of accuracy and care.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for senior leaders, handling requests with discretion, urgency, and sound judgment.
• Anticipate scheduling needs and adjust plans quickly to support changing business demands and time-sensitive priorities.
• Maintain clear communication across leadership teams and business partners to keep activities aligned and well organized.• 10+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior executives or leadership teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex calendar management within a fast-moving business setting.
• Strong background in booking and coordinating domestic travel arrangements from start to finish.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Word for scheduling, communication, and document preparation.
• Proven ability to work effectively with assertive or high-demand personalities while maintaining professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Strong business judgment, communication skills, and executive presence when supporting high-level leaders.
