Job Description
Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting elementary students in a vibrant learning environment near San Bernardino. This contract position is designed for a Special Education Teacher skilled in working with students with moderate to severe behavioral needs. You’ll provide invaluable guidance to a class of 17 third to fifth graders, fostering their social, emotional, and academic growth.
Hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 2:45 PM, including a 30-minute lunch. You’ll play a key role in creating a supportive and structured classroom atmosphere, helping students develop essential skills for lifelong learning. This is an extended substitute assignment beginning as soon as possible and continuing through December, with the potential for extension.

- Engaging families and guardians in their children’s progress
- Maintaining accurate records and progress notes
Compensation for this role starts at $38 per hour, with increases based on experience.
