• Experience or readiness to manage a caseload of 25-30 students within a school population of 90
• Proficiency in crafting individualized education plans (IEPs) and generating thorough progress reports
• Ability to effectively coordinate and supervise a team of six paraprofessionals
• Familiarity with attending Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings

Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction and academic support to students in PreK-1st grade
• Lead the development, execution, and review of IEPs to address each student’s unique learning needs
• Participate actively in ARD meetings and maintain essential documentation for compliance
• Guide, mentor, and collaborate with paraprofessionals to ensure effective classroom support
