Location: Washington, DC Metropolitan Area

Job Description:
Position Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Functional Lead / Business Analyst with a strong combination of Salesforce implementation, functional, and business analysis experience. The ideal candidate will serve as the day-to-day customer-facing lead, bridging business requirements and the technical delivery team throughout the implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and coordinate closely with the Product Owner.
Validate and refine existing requirements, workflows, wireframes, and business processes.
Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Manage and maintain the product backlog, decisions, action items, risks, and delivery visibility.
Lead requirements and working sessions, sprint demonstrations, and customer feedback discussions.
Support UX and accessible website/member-experience design decisions.
Coordinate testing, UAT, training, readiness, and final acceptance.
Work closely with Salesforce engineering and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
Required Experience
Hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
Salesforce Administration or Platform App Builder experience.
Strong Salesforce Business Analyst / Functional experience.
Experience working directly with customers and leading requirements discussions.
Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work onsite with the client in the Washington, DC metropolitan area as needed.
Ideal Profile: A Salesforce functional professional who understands the platform, can translate business needs into actionable requirements, and can confidently lead customer-facing implementation activities.
