Product Manager - eCommerce, must be technical

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management
• 4+ years supporting/owning eCommerce.
• Experience with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Oracle, JDEdwards
• Knowledge of ERP integrations, EDI, middleware, and KPI tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and communication skills.

Role Overview

• Manages the B2B wholesale storefront and account portal roadmap.
• Collaborates with trade partners, sales, IT, and finance to translate business needs into product features.
• Supports integrations with systems like Salesforce, JDE, and D365.
• Monitors KPIs such as order accuracy, self-service adoption, and reorder rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops product requirements, user stories, and manages Agile processes.
• Designs B2B-specific features like bulk reorder, saved carts, and punchout catalogs.
• Supports onboarding, platform performance, and defect resolution.
• Presents updates and performance results to senior stakeholders.
