Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

Partners Personnel is currently hiring Warehouse Associates for a manufacturing facility in Penn Yan, NY. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity offering a consistent Monday-Friday schedule and competitive pay of $20.81 per hour.

Job Responsibilities
- Receive, move, organize, and stage materials throughout the facility.
- Pick and prepare materials, parts, or products for production and shipment.
- Load and unload materials as needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory and material counts.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations.
- Verify materials and products for accuracy and quality.
- Safely use material-handling equipment as trained and authorized.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow established safety procedures and work instructions.
- Work closely with production and warehouse team members to keep materials moving efficiently.
- Perform other warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, or material-handling experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with a warehouse environment.
