Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide outpatient therapy and work with a multidisciplinary team. New graduates are welcome and mentorship is available.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatment techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Educate patients on home exercises and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.

Requirements

• DPT from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active New Jersey PT license.
• CPR certification.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
