Position: Machine Operator

• 1st shift (Night): 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. This employee’s workweek would begin Sunday evening at 11:00 PM and conclude Friday morning at 7:00 AM. Hourly rate is $23.40 
• 2nd Shift (Day): 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Hourly rate is $19.50
• 3rd Shift (Afternoon): 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Hourly rate is $22.43

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Machine Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $19.50 to  $22.43/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot manual, semi-automatic, and automatic production machines
• Package, label, and carton products with accuracy
• Perform quality inspections to meet high standards
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a secure work environment
• Participate in daily 5S activities to eliminate waste and improve efficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
• Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to processes
• Basic math skills and experience using measuring tools
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand most of the shift

• Machine operation and troubleshooting
• Packaging, labeling, and cartoning
• Quality inspection and safety compliance
• Basic math and measurement proficiency
• Manual and automatic machinery familiarity
