Attorney/Lawyer

We are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to support plaintiff-side personal injury matters in Saint Louis, Missouri. This role focuses on managing civil litigation work from case development through motion practice, discovery, and advocacy efforts. The ideal candidate brings strong legal writing skills, sound judgment, and the ability to move cases forward in a fast-paced practice environment.

Responsibilities:
• Handle plaintiff personal injury cases through all phases of civil litigation, from initial assessment to resolution.
• Prepare persuasive motions, briefs, and other court filings with close attention to legal strategy and procedural requirements.
• Direct discovery activities, including drafting requests, reviewing responses, and identifying key evidentiary issues.
• Analyze facts, medical records, and supporting documentation to build effective arguments for clients' claims.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, negotiations, and other litigation-related proceedings as needed.
• Collaborate with internal legal staff and case support teams to maintain case progress, deadlines, and documentation.
• Conduct legal research and apply relevant statutes, case law, and procedural rules to active matters.• Active license to practice law in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience handling civil litigation matters on the plaintiff side.
• Background in personal injury law and personal injury litigation.
• Proven ability to draft motions, briefs, and other substantive legal documents.
• Working knowledge of discovery practice, including written discovery and case analysis.
• Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters effectively while meeting court and client deadlines.
