Regional Manager - BIM Department

Job Description

A full-service electrical contractor is seeking a Regional Manager to support BIM project delivery through support of a regional BIM team. This role will develop and manage Lead BIM Modelers. The ideal candidate has experience with Revit and/or Navisworks, understands BIM best practices, and can help drive modeling standards, manage work sharing environments, and mentor team members on BIM tools and processes. Must Haves

• Experience leading, managing, or mentoring a team of 4+ people
• Experience working for an electrical contractor or supporting electrical construction projects
• Experience with Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection or Revit for BIM Modeling and construction documentation

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Evolve Electrical, Stratus, Bluebeam, and/or other project management and coordination tools
• Experience developing BIM standards, processes, and training programs for team members
• Experience attending and/or leading trade coordination meetings with multiple stakeholders
