Your primary focus will be to provide expert psychological or social work services, collaborating closely with educators and families. Key Qualifications:

• Current CDE (Colorado Department of Education) license (or documentation of application submitted if a traveler)
• Previous experience in school psychology or social work within educational settings
• Strong interview skills, with the ability to clearly communicate your expertise and approach
• Energetic, positive attitude and proven ability to engage with students and staff
• Able to commit to full-time hours onsite; remote/virtual options are not available

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 40 students, delivering assessments, interventions, and counseling
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create, implement, and monitor student support strategies
• Engage effectively with parents, faculty, and other relevant groups to foster student well-being
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with school and district policies
• Support the return transition following the end of the maternity leave coverage
