Enterprise AI Manager
Pay: $150,000 - $170,000 + 25% bonus
Location: Elk Grove Village, Illinois (Hybrid, 2-3 days in-office)

Summary:
Seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and governance of enterprise AI capabilities across a global food processing company. 

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or related fields
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation solutions
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, APIs, cloud services, and modern software development practices
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems and data sources

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the enterprise AI strategy, governance, and operational processes
• Evaluate and prioritize AI requests from business units, advising on build, buy, or defer decisions
• Lead the technical design, prototyping, and deployment of AI solutions across the organization
• Build and manage a multinational AI delivery team, establishing standards, documentation, and best practices
• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and governance standards
• Provide hands-on training and support to promote AI adoption across the company
