Home Infusion Staff Pharmacist in Clifton, NJ

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Home Infusion Pharmacy is seeking a full-time Pharmacist for a contract position starting October 19, 2026, through the end of January 2027. This role offers the opportunity to work within a specialized setting, delivering top-tier pharmaceutical care focused on home infusion therapies.

Location: Clifton, NJ

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 40 hours per week
• Shift options: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and safe, effective drug therapy for patients
• Prepare, fill, and compound medications according to established formulas, following strict quality and safety standards
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records, including inventory management, drug usage reporting, and patient documentation
• Support overall pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as internal quality assurance policies

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted New Jersey Pharmacist License
• Proven experience verifying sterile medications
• Hands-on experience with USP 797 sterile compounding standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
