Staff Pharmacist - Luck, WI

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a skilled Pharmacist to support an outpatient pharmacy setting on a 13-week contract basis starting ASAP. This role primarily serves one location with the possibility of floating to nearby sites, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Location:

• Primarily based in Frederic, WI
• Possible float to St. Croix Falls and Balsam Lake, WI

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Day shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications in compliance with state and federal laws
• Counsel patients on proper medication use, side effects, and storage
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient therapy and ensure safety
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation
• Manage inventory to ensure availability of medications
• Uphold pharmacy standards, policies, and procedures

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid pharmacist license; temporary licenses will be considered
• Proven experience in outpatient pharmacy operations
• Strong knowledge of medication therapy and drug interactions
• Excellent communication skills with patients and healthcare teams
