Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (options to end between 4:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.)
• 2nd Shift: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (options to end between 5:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.)
• The store operates from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold company core values and deliver outstanding customer service aligned with the mission.
• Ensure compliance with all pertinent laws and regulations, including HIPAA.
• Conduct final prescription verification from authorized prescribers.
• Provide expert guidance on drug interactions, side effects, dosages, and medication storage to patients and healthcare providers.
• Maintain quality assurance protocols and ensure security of controlled substances and proper hazardous waste disposal.
• Manage pharmacist phone inquiries and retrieve prescription messages.
• Counsel patients as required or requested.
• Address and resolve customer conflicts both in-person and via phone.
• Note: This location does not offer vaccination services or medication therapy management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of recent retail pharmacy experience.
• Active, clear Texas pharmacist license.
