Senior Program Manager - Workday HCM Implementation

Summary:
Sparks Group is seeking a Senior Program Manager for a contract opportunity leading enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives focused on Workday and UKG. This role will oversee program delivery across HR, payroll, finance, operations, and IT, coordinating implementation partners and project managers to ensure successful implementation and operational readiness.

Responsibilities:

• Lead HCM program planning and execution, managing integrated schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, and governance across Workday and UKG initiatives.

• Coordinate requirements, integrations, data validation, testing, cutover, and post-implementation stabilization with business teams, IT, and vendors.

• Provide executive status updates and decision support while driving stakeholder engagement, change management, training coordination, and adoption.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant program management, project management, business analysis, or technology delivery experience, including leadership of complex enterprise HCM initiatives.

• Strong, hands-on experience supporting both Workday and UKG, with knowledge of HCM processes such as HR, payroll, time and attendance, benefits, and workforce management.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and program governance skills; experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Azure DevOps preferred. PMP, PgMP, or related certification preferred.

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Hourly $65.00 to $80.00
