CSR I - Trade Customer Service Representative

Position Summary

The Trade Customer Service Representative (CSR I) is responsible for providing excellent customer service, guidance, product knowledge, and teamwork to both customers and fellow team members. This position supports daily customer service operations through accurate data entry, communication, organization, and collaboration.

Essential Job Functions

• Perform accurate and timely data entry.
• Answer and respond to incoming telephone calls.
• Respond to customer and internal emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain organized files and records.
• Participate in cross-training to support department operations and team coverage.

Additional Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Work overtime occasionally during the workweek, as needed, and on weekends when required.
• Comply with the Company's No-Cell-Phone Policy and all other applicable company handbook policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Computer literate with the ability to learn and use company systems and software.

Work Environment

This position requires regular interaction with customers and team members and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Flexibility and teamwork are essential to successfully perform the responsibilities of this position.
