Description:
As the Mechanical Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for creating technical specifications and defining requirements according to Client Energy design standards, fulfill tasks and targets set by the organization, resolve any issues which may arise in the manufacturing process or in the field, and provide technical support as well as trouble shooting.
Responsibilities
Preparation of technical specifications, verification of supplier bids with clarifications, technical supplier negotiations including risk assessment and commercial selection support for- Air Intake system, Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers, Noise Enclosures, and Fire Protection system.
Reviewing internal and external designs and documentation.
Support procurement department regarding technical issues.
Coordination with Lead Engineer, Customer, Procurement, Suppliers, other Engineering departments, and Project Management.
Ensuring alignment of the supplier’s solution with requirements specification, customer needs, and interface partners.
Attend manufacturing shop inspections, perform field/site support during installation, commissioning and warranty.
Proposal support for Bid Management team.
