Job Summary
A healthcare services organization in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Medical Receptionist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. The Medical Receptionist will serve as a key point of contact for patients, visitors, and internal staff. Key Responsibilities

- Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments using office scheduling systems.
- Verify patient information, collect required documents, and maintain accurate records.
- Support check-in and check-out processes while helping ensure a smooth patient flow.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and office coordination.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $26.00 to $27.00 per hour.
