Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or comparable experience
• Three (3) to Five (5) Years of Supervisory Experience
• Prior experience in Asphalt Production
• Proficiency in ERP systems (i.e. SAP), Google mail, and Microsoft Suite
• Local travel throughout Maryland, DC, Virginia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania required

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for the attainment of production and distribution objectives for assigned asphalt plants
• Effective management and mentoring of subordinates to attain quality and productivity targets
• Conduct various OH&S program activities such as inspections, training and incident investigations
• Meet financial targets and budget objectives
• Interface with other functional groups to maintain safe and efficient facilities and processes
