2nd Grade Special Education Teacher in Pottstown, PA

You’ll be responsible for a manageable caseload of 17-18 students, allowing you to develop strong, positive relationships and tailor your instructional approaches. Your expertise will drive support plans, foster inclusive learning, and collaborate actively with staff and families.

What You’ll Bring:

• Certification in Special Education (emergency permits are accepted)
• Experience teaching at the elementary (2nd grade) level preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills, particularly in case management
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Ability to collaborate with general education teachers, related service staff, and families
• Dedication to helping each child reach their full potential

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as primary case manager for your caseload, ensuring compliance and student growth
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to individual student needs
