Pay: $19.00/hour
Shift: 6 PM – 6 AM
Location: Houston, TX 77029

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Customer Service Rep to start immediately at $19.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

• Handle customer order processing, inventory control, and material handling
• Manage incoming calls, emails, letters, and packages
• Assist with inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare and analyze delivery and customer reports
• Maintain accurate client files and monitor outstanding invoices

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office and Office 365 a plus
• Good attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
