Job Description
We are looking for a Financial Analyst in Union County, NJ. In this role you will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, financial analysis, and more. This position is fully onsite. The ideal candidate must be commutable to Union County, NJ.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports to support financial planning.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions and forecasting.
• Review and interpret financial information to uncover inconsistencies, investigate unusual activity, and ensure data accuracy.
• Build and maintain financial models to support business initiatives
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• At least 1+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis role.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, including formulas and advanced functions.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate within a team and communicate effectively.
