Production Associates & Machine Operators – Waco, TX
We are currently hiring Production Associates and Machine Operators for a busy manufacturing facility in the Waco area. These are great opportunities for dependable, hardworking candidates looking for long-term manufacturing work.
PRODUCTION ASSOCIATES
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule:
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
- 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM–5:00 AM, Monday–Friday
- Overtime as needed
Job Duties:
- Perform general production and manufacturing duties
- Operate equipment and assist with production processes
- Load and unload materials
- Monitor products for quality
- Follow safety procedures and production instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
MACHINE OPERATORS
Pay: $19.00–$21.00/hour
Schedule:
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
- 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM–5:00 AM, Monday–Friday
- Overtime as needed
Job Duties:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery
- Set up and adjust equipment as needed
- Monitor production and product quality
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues
- Perform routine equipment checks
- Follow production and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Meet daily production goals
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Machine operating experience preferred for Machine Operator positions
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Must be able to follow safety procedures and instructions
