Shift:                Monday – Thursday (6am – 6:30pm)

Pay Rate: $24.00/hr on W2


Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an Associate Manufacturing Technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced medical device production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on automated equipment.
  • Clear machine faults and stoppages and maintain raw material feeds.
  • Use HMIs and measurement tools to monitor and maintain process quality.
  • Perform routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and preventative maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues and support root-cause investigations.
  • Follow GMPs, SOPs, safety, quality, and cleanroom requirements.
  • Support new product introductions, equipment validations, and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate production, quality, and inventory records.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with production and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma.
  • 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and follow technical documentation in English.
  • Basic math skills (arithmetic, algebra, geometry).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience

  • Automated equipment, robotics, HMIs, and discrete assembly.
  • Medical device manufacturing and cleanroom environments.
  • Calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measurement instruments.
  • Laser welding, heat staking, ultrasonic welding, or similar technologies.
  • Preventive maintenance and machine debugging.

Physical Requirements

  • Stand for approximately 75% and walk approximately 50% of the shift.
  • Frequent reaching above shoulder level.
  • Ability to push/pull and lift up to 20 lbs occasionally and 5–20 lbs frequently.
