Why Work Here?
Employees join a close-knit, family-oriented organization where long tenure is common and people feel genuinely valued. The company emphasizes work-life balance by keeping overtime optional and rarely mandated, while still offering the chance to work Saturdays for those who want extra hours. Team members enjoy a friendly culture with cookouts, pizza parties, birthday celebrations, and seasonal outings that create a strong sense of belonging. Benefits include 11 paid holidays, two weeks of paid vacation awarded on the anniversary date, and highly competitive insurance that is intentionally kept affordable. Leadership shows appreciation through gas gift cards, holiday bonuses, and additional bonuses issued twice a year, along with cross-training opportunities that allow employees to learn new skills and expand their capabilities.
Work Environment
The role is based in a small manufacturing facility with approximately 15 employees, where individuals often wear many hats and help wherever needed. You will work on specialized machinery used to coat and process fasteners, in an environment that can be very loud when multiple machines are running and where the smell of adhesive and epoxy may be strong. Headphones are allowed, but you must remain at your station and stay attentive to your machine. The workspace is not temperature controlled, so conditions can be hot in the summer; cold drinks such as water and sports beverages are provided during hotter periods to support comfort. The position involves standing for most of the shift, performing repetitive tasks at a fixed workstation, and occasionally working at a seated station for certain machine operations. Standard industrial safety attire, including steel toe boots, is required.
