Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teaching credential/certification appropriate for the state
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Special Education or related field
• Previous experience delivering instruction to students with diverse learning needs
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with families, staff, and service providers
• Adaptability and creativity in modifying curriculum and teaching strategies

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging lessons that accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
• Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff to create an inclusive classroom environment
