Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a School Psychologist or Social Worker for a maternity leave coverage, onsite at a specialized center for the upcoming fall and winter months. This full-time role spans from November 1, 2026, to January 29, 2027, and offers the chance to make an impact on a caseload of approximately 40 students.

The ideal professional brings energy, a positive outlook, and exceptional interpersonal skills to a collaborative school environment. Strong interview skills and the ability to articulate your experience in supporting students’ academic, emotional, and social needs are essential. Only onsite candidates will be considered; those interested in traveling are encouraged to ensure licensure application is underway and prepare logistics regarding relocation and accommodations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license (required—and must be secured for travelers before start date)
  • Certification as a School Psychologist or Social Worker with strong experience in special education settings
  • Outstanding communication and interview skills with the capacity to present background and skill set with confidence
  • Enthusiastic demeanor and a passion for student support
  • Prior experience working with moderate caseloads preferred

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to support students’ educational and emotional development
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor individualized plans
  • Provide direct consultation, intervention, and crisis support services to students and staff
  • Maintain detailed, timely documentation in compliance with state and school guidelines
