Special Education Teacher – Chilton, WI

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a full-time school-based position in Chilton, Wisconsin for the remainder of the school year.

Position Details:

• Full-Time
• 40 Hours Per Week
• Monday–Friday, 7:40 AM–3:40 PM
• ASAP – End of School Year
• Intellectual Disability/Autism Teacher
• K–6th Grade Caseload
• 8 Students
• 2 Paraprofessionals in the Classroom
• Primarily Self-Contained Classroom Setting

Qualifications:

• Valid Wisconsin Special Education teaching license/certification
• Experience working with students with intellectual disabilities and/or autism preferred
• Experience in a self-contained special education classroom preferred
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with paraprofessionals, related service providers, and school staff
• Commitment to supporting students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development
