Location: South Austin, TX 78704
Pay: $20–$23/hour (Depending on experience)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

Our client, a growing specialty medical practice in the Austin area, is adding several Scheduling and Referral Coordinators to its administrative team. If you're a people person who thrives on the phone and wants to make an immediate impact, this is a great opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls and professionally triage patient needs
• Process incoming referrals and convert them into scheduled appointments
• Coordinate appointments across multiple locations and providers
• Document patient interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system
• Occasionally provide coverage at clinic front desks as needed
