Litigation Associate

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years litigation experience

• Ideal: Trust & Estate Litigation experience

• Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school and active membership with CA State Bar in good standing

• Able to take and defend depositions, handle discovery, attend hearings and mediations, and negotiate settlement agreements

• Excellent legal research and writing skills

• Excellent communication, oral argument, and advocacy skills

• Able to work independently and handle a caseload

• Organized, detailed, and able to manage and meet litigation deadlines and tasks

• Intelligent and a quick learner

• Positive attitude, self-starter, and a team player
