Job Description
Pay Range: $22.00hr - $25.00hr
Job Overview:
The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing products, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues. The candidate will assemble components across all Product Lines, select correct tools and fixtures, and test assembled products. The candidate will troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with product assembly and testing, ensuring the ability to read blueprints, identify components, use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques, operate equipment, and set dimensions and tolerances for mechanical parts and assemblies. Additionally, the candidate will create labor records for all transactions and use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Experience:
- 5+ years of experience.
Education Background:
- High School / Technical School.
Required Certifications:
- IPC 610.
Key Skills & Abilities:
- Soldering.
- Proficient in soldering down to component level.
- Ability to read procedures.
