Assembler

Role Summary

Assemble, inspect, and package high-quality medical devices in a cleanroom environment following strict Quality System Regulations (QSR) and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble delicate components using hand tools, fixtures, and microscopes.
• Follow strict cleanroom gowning, safety, and sanitation protocols.
• Inspect finished products for defects using visual and measuring tools.
• Complete Device History Records (DHR) and documentation accurately for FDA/ISO compliance.
• Maintain a clean work area and participate in 5S/Lean initiatives.
  

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED.
• Required: Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Required: Ability to read/write English and follow detailed written instructions.
• Preferred: 1+ years of experience in medical device, electronics, or cleanroom manufacturing.
• Physical: Ability to sit/stand for full shift, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform detailed visual work under magnification.
