• Wednesday, November 25 (hours: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.)
• Friday, November 26 (hours: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold core company values consistently through professional conduct.
• Provide outstanding customer service aligned with organizational mission and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, including HIPAA and state pharmacy laws.
• Perform final verification of prescriptions issued by authorized prescribers.
• Counsel patients regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and storage.
• Manage quality assurance processes, control substance security, and proper disposal of hazardous waste.
• Respond to pharmacy phone inquiries and manage voicemail prescription requests.
• Effectively handle patient counseling and resolve customer issues both in person and via phone.
• Notify leadership immediately about any potential legal or regulatory violations.
• Note: This location does not provide vaccinations or medication therapy management (MTM) services.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year recent pharmacy experience in a retail setting.
• Current and clear Texas pharmacist license.
• Proficient with Pioneer RX pharmacy software system.
