• Coordinate assembly members based off of current production requirements outlined in our shared production sheet • Submit production output at the end of each day • Submit each employee's efficiency data at the end of each workday and communicate production expectations to each team • Ensure each assembly zone remains in a safe, clean, and organized manner as outlined in each zones map.

Assembly Supervisor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

Assembly Supervisor Qualifications:

Bilingual english/spanish is a requirement for this position.

Job Qualifications: 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or warehouse environment. Experience supervising production/assembly teams, assigning work, monitoring productivity, and ensuring quality standards are met. Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures, equipment operation, and OSHA-related requirements. Ability to read work instructions, follow production schedules, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with employees and management.
