Commercial Cleaner - $17.50/hr

Part-time and full-time positions. $17.50 an hour Duties Perform thorough cleaning of commercial facilities, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and methods Handle floor care tasks such as light grout scrubbing Operate cleaning machinery including floor scrubbers, and cleaners with precision and safety awareness Conduct manual handling tasks such as lifting heavy cleaning supplies Maintain cleanliness standards by regularly inspecting assigned areas and addressing any issues promptly Support janitorial and custodial operations by replenishing supplies Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces, counters, fixtures, and other areas Clean baseboards, doors and frames, windows, dusting all areas as needed Mop all floors Empty Trash No experience necessary training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with floor care techniques including scrubbing Experience handling cleaning chemicals safely and knowledge of environmental services best practices is advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate various cleaning equipment confidently Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients or building occupants when needed Must communicate promptly regarding facility concerns, supply needs, and or anything else.
